Clarification Text Regarding Security Cameras Located in the Service Area
This Clarification Text has been prepared by Belport Tourism and Construction Inc., acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL") and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal reasons, collection methods, to whom it may be transferred, and your rights under the PDPL.
Through the security cameras located on the exterior of our service area, at the hotel entrance, reception area, parking lot, guest floor corridors, pool areas, beach areas, amphitheater area, garden hookah area, kitchen, and restaurant areas, image recordings are made to ensure the security of our service area, and the recording process is supervised by the management unit.
Your personal data in question is processed automatically based on the legal reason of "necessity of processing data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" as stipulated in Article 5 of the Law. Additionally, your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request due to legal disputes or as required by relevant legislation.
Article 20 of the Constitution states that everyone has the right to be informed about personal data concerning themselves. Article 11 of the PDPL enumerates the rights of the personal data owner under the law.
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject, in writing to the address Göynük Mah. Atatürk Cd.
